- 5 years for $100 or 10 years for $200
- Money order or cashiers check for paper application
- Credit card for online application
- Sheriff’s office payment for fingerprint cards and background
- $25.00 cash, check, or money order
- Valid drivers license or state issued ID
- Tuesday & Thursday from 8:30 am to 11:00 am, then 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm

Civil Service and Fees
- All civil process issued by the Courts are submitted by the Courts to the Sheriff’s Office for service
- The Sheriff’s Office charges a $50 fee for papers issued in LeFlore County and a $65 fee for papers issued out-of-county and out of state
- Copies of Sheriff Reports $5.00
- Copies of Sheriff Sales $1.00
- Other Purpose Fingerprints
- 1 card for $10.00
- 2 cards for $15.00
